{ tissue paper cherry blossom }

This is such a cute project! It's another one that would be so cute for mothers day! I love flowers! But there are two bad things about them; they're expensive and they don't last! Here is a fast, almost free, way to give/have flowers that WILL last!

What you'll need:
  • pink or red tissue paper
  • green card stock
  • hot glue
  • a small branch
  • a dull pencil
  • scissors
Cut out about a dozen 1" squares from your pink tissue paper. These will be your blossoms. Then cut out the same amount of leaves from the green card stock. I put the pencil there so you had an idea of how big I made mine.

Now take your pencil and place the dull point to the center of one pink square while you pull the edges of the square to pencil.

Place a dab of hot glue onto your flower or your branch ( which ever you prefer ), and stick the center point to the branch.

Continue this randomly over the entire branch.

Now hot glue the bottom tip of your leaves to the base of the blossoms.

That's it! It's like a 10 min project! And it really looks great!
